Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team is based in Brackley, England, and holds a German racing licence, famously known as the “Silver Arrows,” traces its legacy to 1954, took a hiatus in the late 1950s, and then re-emerged as a works team in 2010.
It became the benchmark of modern Grand Prix racing under Toto Wolff’s leadership and Lewis Hamilton, achieving an unprecedented eight consecutive Constructors’ titles and seven Drivers’ titles from 2014 to 2021. Today, based in Brackley and Brixworth, Mercedes employs over 1,000 people and continues to push technical boundaries. Mercedes remains one of the most respected and influential teams in Formula 1.
