Gresini Racing

Gresini Racing, based in Faenza, Italy, is one of the most respected and passionate teams in the MotoGP paddock. Founded by former 125cc World Champion Fausto Gresini in 1997, the team has a long and proud history in motorcycle racing.

Gresini Racing returned as a fully independent Ducati satellite team in 2022 after parting ways with Aprilia. The team quickly regained prominence by delivering race wins with Enea Bastianini and Fabio di Giannantonio, and in 2024, added Marc Márquez and Álex Márquez to their MotoGP squad, forming a rare pair of championship-winning brothers on one team. The team uses Desmosedici GP23 bikes from Ducati, making them highly competitive among the satellite teams.

Gresini Racing Wage bill of 2024-25: For the 2024–25 season, Gresini's wage bill for its two riders at around $1.35 million (roughly €1.15 million or £1.0 million) for this campaign. Álex Márquez clearly stands out as the highest‑paid rider of the team. He earns around $1.01 million annual (approx. €0.86 million or £0.75 million).
